The internationally awarded architect André Caiado, CONTACTO ATLÂNTICO, approached this residential rehabilitation project with a sensitive eye for preservation and location. A well balanced typology mix between exclusively designed T1 and T2 apartments have allowed the project to be efficient in usage of private areas while not compromising on modern living comfort such as elevator access and entrance hall. The street level was converted into retail area to cater the strong demand by commercial brands for space close to Avenida Liberdade.
